“Welcome to the Anthropocene” is welcomed to award lists
April 4th, 2019Alice’s latest collection, Welcome to the Anthropocene, has been selected as a finalist for two awards this spring.
The book is long-listed for the Raymond Souster Award, a national prize presented annually by the League of Canadian Poets.
It is also shortlisted for the Robert Kroetsch City of Edmonton Book Prize, a $10,000 award sponsored by the Writers Guild of Alberta and the Edmonton Arts Council.
